Hi, I’m Paris — founder of a new Rabbit Welfare Directory focused on making rabbit education and resources accessible to everyone.

In 2023, on my birthday, I found a rabbit abandoned under a bench with severe fly strike and a broken back. She would not have survived without immediate care.

Her name is Tofu, and rescuing her changed my life.

Because of her, I stepped into rabbit welfare work and committed to improving education and resources for rabbits and their guardians. Tofu Pico Bunny exists so fewer rabbits are abandoned, misunderstood, or left without help.

I created this independently after working as an Adoptions Counselor at the Humane Society of Utah, collaborating with rescues and fosters, becoming Fear Free certified, and receiving a Director’s Award for rabbit care from the Humane Society of Utah’s Board of Directors.

Rabbits are often misunderstood and under-resourced. This directory will centralize trusted rescues, educational materials, and welfare resources in one accessible space.
